The restaurant accommodates guests both indoors and outdoors on the Fountain Court. This intimate venue, in which the décor echoes the colonial mood of the Lodge, is lavishly designed, incorporating the rich hues of hand-crafted wooden furniture and custom designed fabrics. Guest will have a dining experience in a home-from-home atmosphere with efficient friendly service. The chef insists that only the freshest produce and ingredients are good enough for the preparation of the delicious meals presented a t Zimbali.

Breakfast is served from 06H30 to 10H30 in the main restaurant adjoining the patio.

Lunch, is from 12H00 to 15H00, and if weather is permitting, is served on the pool terrace in the Fountain Court – where a light a la carte menu is available.

Expect a delicious dinner from 18H30 to 22H30.
After dark, the restaurant is transformed, and becomes more sophisticated. A superb able d’ hote menu is presented each evening. Dress code is smart casual and jackets are not required. (No jeans please)

The Lounge is an appointed room boasting a magnificent fireplace.
Coffees, cognac and liqueurs can be enjoyed in the elegant lounge after dinner.
High Tea is served between 15H00 and 17H00.
